When investigating the effect of phytoestrogens GEN and DDP in the treatment of human ovarian cancer xenografts in nude mice, the researchers established 20 human ovarian cancer xenograft models, which were randomly divided into 4 groups. Control studies have found that GEN has a significant inhibitory effect on human ovarian cancer xenografts in nude mice, and has synergistic effects with DDP; GEN acts on tumor cells, inhibits tumor cell proliferation and tumor area neovascular growth, blocks tumors Blood supply is related.
