Second, the tablet press installation and wiring:
1. The tablet press is mounted on a solid wooden workbench (also mounted on a concrete platform) with three M12 anchor screws. The height of the work surface to the ground is about 600 mm (hand-operated, easy to operate). In order to facilitate the disassembly and repair, the position piece corresponding to the lower punching rod on the wooden workbench should also have a hole of about 35 mm in diameter.
2. Connect the motor to the ground wire before turning on the motor power to ensure safety. Remove the V-belt, turn on the motor power, and start the motor to see if the motor rotates in the correct direction (the direction of rotation of the motor shaft should be opposite to the direction of the arrow on the shield or handwheel). If the direction of rotation is wrong, connect the cable separately and then the V-belt. Installed.
Third, the loading and unloading of the die and the adjustment during tableting:
1. Installation of the die (1) Install the upper punch: loosen the lower punch and fix the screw, turn the handwheel to raise the lower punching rod to the high position of the zui, and insert the lower punch into the hole of the lower punching rod (note the notch of the lower punch) Align the bevel with the lower fastening screw and insert it into the bottom. Then tighten the lower fixing screw.
(2) Install the lower punch: Loosen the upper punching tightening nut, insert the upper punching rod into the hole of the upper punching rod, insert it to the end, use a wrench to clamp the hexagonal part of the upper part of the punching rod, and tighten the upper punching tightening nut.
(3) Install the middle mold: Loosen the middle mold fixing screw, put the middle mold into the hole of the middle mold plate, and make the lower punch into the hole of the middle mold, press the bottom and then tighten the middle mold fixing screw. When placing the mold, pay attention to flatten the middle mold to avoid jamming when the skew is placed and damage the hole wall.
(4) Turn the handwheel by hand to slowly lower the upper punch into the middle die hole to observe whether there is collision or friction. If there is collision or friction, loosen the middle die plate fixing screws (two) and adjust the middle die table. The position of the plate is fixed so that the upper punch enters the middle die hole, and then the middle die plate fixing screw is tightened, so that the upper punch enters the middle die without collision or friction for the installation.
2. Adjust the output of the film and turn the handwheel to raise the lower punch to the high position of the zui. Observe whether the lower punch surface is aligned with the plane of the middle die (or both high and low will affect the film). If not, loosen the butterfly screw. Loosen the gear platen and transfer the upper adjustment gear so that the lower punch surface is aligned with the plane of the middle mold. Then press the pressure plate up and tighten the butterfly screw. At this point, the handwheel is shaken by hand, and the empty car runs for more than ten revolutions. If the machine is running normally, the pressure can be fed and the next step can be adjusted.
3, the adjustment of the filling depth (ie the adjustment of the weight of the tablet)
Loosen the thumb screw and loosen the gear platen. Turn the lower adjustment gear to the left to raise the lower punch, and the filling depth is reduced (the weight of the tablet is reduced). After adjusting, press the gear press plate up and tighten the butterfly screw.
4, the adjustment of the pressure (that is, the adjustment of the hardness of the tablet)
Loosen the connecting rod lock nut, turn the upper punching rod, turn to the left to move the upper punching rod downward, the pressure will increase, and the hardness of the pressed tablet will increase; otherwise, the pressure will decrease when the right turn, the hardness of the tablet will decrease. After adjusting, use a wrench to clamp the hexagonal part of the lower part of the punching rod, and still lock the connecting rod lock nut.
At this point, the adjustment of the die is basically completed, and then the motor is tested for more than ten pieces, and the weight of the piece is checked, and the quality such as hardness and surface finish are qualified, and the production can be started. In the production process, the quality of the tablets must be checked at any time and adjusted in time.
5, the removal of the die (1) disassembly of the upper punch: loosening the upper punch tightening nut, you can pull out the upper punch, if the fit is tight, you can use the pliers to clamp the upper punch to pull it out, but be careful not to damage Punch edged blade.
(2) Disassemble the middle mold: Loosen the middle mold fixing screw, unscrew the lower punch to fix the screw, loosen the butterfly screw, and loosen the gear pressure plate. The transfer adjustment gear is used to raise the lower core rod by 10 millimeters, and the hand wheel is gently rotated, so that the lower punch core rod pushes out the middle mold part, and the middle mold is taken out by hand, if the middle mold fits closely in the hole, Do not use force to turn the hard top of the handwheel to avoid damage to the machine. At this time, the middle die plate must be removed and the middle mold removed.
(3) Disassemble the undershoot: first unscrew the lower punching set screw, then turn the handwheel to raise the lower punching rod to the high position of the zui, then the upper punch can be pulled out by hand. If it is tightly fitted, it can be pinched out with a pliers (be careful not to damage the punch edge).
(4) After the die is disassembled, the adjusting gear must be rotated to make the lower punching rod retreat about 10 mm. When the handwheel is turned to raise the lower punching rod to the high position of the zui, the top end is not higher than the bottom surface of the middle die plate. Do not ignore this step, so as to avoid the accident of the under impact of the core rod and the middle mold when it is used again. After the zui, the undercut fixing screw is still screwed on.
Fourth, the main parts of the disassembly and installation:
1.
